Product Overview

The High-Speed Pillow Packing Machine is a continuous food packaging machine for candy, confectionery, and other solid products with regular shapes. It uses roll film to form heat-sealed pillow packs and is suitable for round, disc-shaped, spherical, square, rectangular, oval, oblong, cylindrical, and similar products.

With a packaging speed of up to 1,300 packages/min, the High-Speed Pillow Packing Machine is suitable for high-output packaging applications. The horizontal flow wrapper format is suited to continuous pillow-pack production. A full-servo control system supports smooth operation and low operating noise, while the oversized product feeding tray provides a large feeding area for product arranging and continuous supply.

The machine uses a horizontal flow wrapping process in which products are fed into the film, wrapped, heat-sealed, and cut into individual pillow packs. This flow wrapping process is widely used for continuous pillow-pack production. Individual machine sections can be operated separately, making adjustment, troubleshooting, and routine servicing more convenient.
